Great opportunity to own very rare, 100% Purebred IBERICOS gilts for breeding. The meat is world renowned due to the ability to infiltrate fat into their muscles, like wagyu. It is usually served in high end restaurant and is only found online In the US, imported from Spain.

The animals are free of antibiotics, fed non GMO high end feed. They are raised in large pastures, and roam around until feeding time in our animal welfare certified ranch in Texas.
In Spain, it is customary to breed duroc or other boar with a pure breed Iberian sow in order to grow butcher ready pigs in half the time as 100% pure breed Iberian. The sow carries the DNA for the marbling and gives out a wonderfully red, steak looking meat.
