SAFE AND TIMELY DELIVERY GUARANTEE

At Rosendale Dairy Farms, we guarantee that you will receive the full count of live, healthy livestock within 1-3 days via Priority Live Shipping through the USPS. To help ensure this, we often include extra livestock of the same or similar breed and gender in each shipment. However, if any losses occur during transit and you receive fewer live animals than you ordered, we will adjust the order by offering replacements (subject to availability) or issuing a refund for the per-animal price, excluding shipping and handling. You can submit a claim report online or call our customer service.

For successful livestock care, please ensure you have the appropriate heat source, maintaining a temperature of 100-105°F for the first 48 hours, along with a cooler area for the livestock to retreat when necessary. We do not recommend using puppy pads. Please refer to “care of livestock on arrival” for additional instructions. Rosendale Dairy Farms does not guarantee against mortality or morbidity after the safe and timely delivery of livestock. No guarantee applies to in-store pickups or orders once the animals leave the premises.

LIVE LIVESTOCK MORTALITY OR MORBIDITY NOT GUARANTEED AFTER SAFE AND TIMELY DELIVERY

Rosendale Dairy Farms cannot offer refunds or replacements after safe and timely delivery. Our pricing structure does not accommodate expenses or risks beyond that point. Our refund or replacement policy covers only unsafe or extended shipping delays caused by the USPS and must be reported immediately. Purchasing live animals inherently involves risk, and while the vast majority of our customers experience success by following our care instructions, unexpected losses can occasionally occur.

OUR RETURN POLICY ON ALL PRODUCTS OTHER THAN LIVESTOCK AND HATCHING EGGS .

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all non-livestock products. Prior approval is required for returns. Merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. A handling and restocking fee of 10% may apply. Products shipped directly from the manufacturer may be subject to different return terms. Refunds are issued once the returned item arrives at our facility. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Returns cannot be shipped C.O.D.

If an item arrives damaged, please have the delivery driver note the damage if possible. If you discover damage upon opening, contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

QUALITY GUARANTEED

All livestock from Rosendale Dairy Farms are guaranteed to meet the grade, quality, sex, and breed as represented. Should an error occur, we will promptly adjust your order. We follow strict industry standards for flock control, livestock health, and sanitary practices. However, we cannot guarantee against diseases that were not detectable at the time of sale. Our liability is limited to the replacement of animals or a one-time replacement for damaged livestock. Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the total purchase price of the livestock.

OUR PHOTOS All images of livestock on our site are representative of the breeds we offer and may or may not be from our exact bloodlines. Our goal is to breed livestock that closely matches the breed standards depicted in the photos. Variations in appearance are natural, and while some livestock may be ideal for shows, others may display some degree of variance. Many of the photos are of our bloodlines, and we are proud to supply livestock to customers who participate in agricultural shows nationwide.
